MEDITATION

For me Meditation is an opportunity to distress the mind and release tension from the body.

​

Meditation is a practice of mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity, to achieve mental clarity and emotionally calm.

​

Most of my meditation teachings are focused on deep breathing, pranayama (techniques) and chakras (energy) of the body.

​

Meditation is used to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increase peace, harmony, and general well-being.

​

We can focus on a private, outdoor or corporate Meditation class ranging from 30-45 minutes or you can incorporate the practice at the end of a Yoga class (eg 45 mins Yoga + 15 minutes meditation).  The choice is yours.

​
